🚧 Calling All General Contractors! 🚧 EBDI is moving forward on our Phase 2B Public Infrastructure Project, marking another step toward completing our master plan and transforming the Eager Park community. We are seeking a highly qualified general contractor for the construction of public right-of-way improvements in the southeastern portion of our project area. We strongly encourage minority-, women- and locally-owned businesses to join us in making an impact while advancing our economic inclusion goals. This initiative is a critical step toward the successful completion of our comprehensive urban renewal plan aimed at revitalizing East Baltimore. EBDI is seeking a Project & Construction Manager for a major public roadway infrastructure project! Our Phase 2B Public Roadway Infrastructure Project is a critical component of our mission, focusing on upgrading and expanding the roadway network to enhance connectivity, safety, and accessibility for residents and businesses. The project will focus on the southeastern and central areas of the EBDI footprint. Improvements will include the construction of roadways, sidewalks, utilities, stormwater management, sewer, lighting, and landscaping. UPDATE: Proposals are now due by August 16, 2024.
