Thanks to Lean Made Simple for taking us on an amazing tour of the Seating Matters factory in Limavady, Northern Ireland! During the tour, we watched hands-on demonstrations of lean practices at the Seating Matters manufacturing facility and office. EQI continuously looks for ways to make casting products more accessible to our customers. As part of these efforts, we recently attended GIFA Indonesia in Jakarta. Indonesia is one of the largest producers and exporters of minerals such as Nickel and Bauxite, so we were excited to connect with foundry and casting product suppliers in the region. Our team met with over seven qualified suppliers and visited local casting operations, highlighting a promising opportunity for EQI to diversify casting sources further.
