Dynavax is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company developing and commercializing innovative vaccines to help protect the world against infectious diseases. The Company has two commercial products, HEPLISAV-B® vaccine [Hepatitis B Vaccine (Recombinant), Adjuvanted], which is approved in the U.S. and the European Union for the prevention of infection caused by all known subtypes of hepatitis B virus in adults age 18 years and older, and CpG 1018 adjuvant, currently used in multiple adjuvanted COVID-19 vaccines. Thank you, Safe Passages and Life Science Cares Bay Area for supporting our commitment to give back to our communities. During our 10.18 Community Involvement Day, we had a great time assembling diaper bags for new parents in need and creating memories with our team.
Huge shoutout to the incredible team at Dynavax Technologies for their kindness, creativity, and generosity! 🎉 Together, they assembled 150 new parent kits, packed with essential items like diaper bags, diapers, baby bottles, pacifiers, wipes, and baby toys — all benefiting families through Safe Passages. 👶🎁 But that’s not all! Our amazing team recently headed to 45 different locations across the United States to participate in Dynavax’s 10.18 Community Involvement Day where we assisted in multiple activities to give back to the community. At Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) in Libertyville IL. , we filled 33 boxes of meals for children in South America. These 33 boxes will feed 20 children for a year. In our home state of California, we joined forces with Berkeley Humane, to organize their warehouse and paint different rooms in the Adoption Center. Huge shout out to Emery Unified School District for allowing us to read to elementary students and lead organized play during recess. We value that our teams encourage and support each other’s shared goals and came together for this important initiative.
