  • This year has been filled with remarkable moments and accomplishments for Dress for Success!   Reflecting on our achievements, none of this would have been possible without the support of our esteemed sponsors and partners, as well as our amazing volunteers around the world. Their contributions represent kindness, connection, and a shared vision for a brighter, more equitable future.    Thank you for being an integral part of our community, helping thousands of women in their paths to economic self-independence each year, and for making 2024 a remarkable year. • Insightful and empowering discussions in Oman! Arlene Lozano, our Chief Affiliate Impact Officer, joined an extraordinary group of women leaders from across the globe, currently serving in Oman, for a meaningful conversation about the power of women lifting each other up. Hosted by Ana Escrogima, U.S. Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, the discussion explored shared experiences, candid insights, and the role we each play in driving positive change. This inspiring dialogue is a testament to the resilience and collective leadership of women worldwide. Together, we continue to empower, uplift, and create meaningful impact!

Many thanks to the amazing Arlene Lozano, dear friend of twenty-four years and Chief Affiliate Impact Officer with Dress for Success. We had a candid, funny, and inspiring discussion at home with a group of impactful Omani women on the role we can play in lifting each other up. While that looks different in diverse contexts, it is always in our power to make a positive difference!
