Following in the footsteps of Stylianos Schicho and Otto Zitko, this year‘s label features a new design by the renowned artist duo Muntean/Rosenblum, giving this tradition a contemporary twist. Best of ‘24: Great Xperiences start with … creating stories worth sharing. One of this year’s highlights was creating a team adventure for Isar Aerospace on Tenerife that balanced action, connection, and discovery — a reward for their hard work over the past months and a motivation for the journey ahead. From a catamaran tour with whale watching to exploring Mount Teide by quad, every moment was designed to reflect the team’s energy and spirit. The days were filled with unique activities: jet skiing to hidden bays, surfing the island’s waves, and hiking through the stunning San Blas Nature Park. Evenings were spent sharing moments and discussing the next steps of Isar Aerospace's unique mission in creating access to space. Best of ‘24: Great Xperiences start with … bringing people together. This year, we supported the BMW Group HR team in establishing a dedicated unit of HR professionals providing enabling and coaching for disciplinary leaders. By creating a clear WHY and driving communication as well as improved collaboration within the HR teams and across departments, we built a foundation of transparency and trust. From workshops and video productions to co-creative Transformation Story sessions, we collaborated to craft a vision that unites. Highlights included: • A bold Transformation/Vision Story, brought to life by our graphic recorder. • A tailored Leadership Partner identity, complete with branding elements. • Strategic Townhall Meetings, team talks, and videos to define the Leadership Partner role, with Susanne Türke as our host. • A comprehensive SharePoint hub as the go-to resource. Together, we redefined goals, shaped a unique identity, and created the foundation for a more connected and agile future – one where Leadership within the BMW Group can thrive and grow! Best of ‘24: Great Xperiences start with… building resilience. At this year’s Management Meeting 2024 for the Brückner Group, we focused on Healthy Leadership. Over three dynamic days, around 100 participants from all over the world were challenged both physically and mentally while gaining insights into fostering resilience in the workplace. From the concept to execution, we were involved in every step of the journey. To foster knowledge sharing and personal connections, we introduced a Book Exchange where everyone brought a book that had inspired their personal growth, along with a heartfelt recommendation for their colleagues. A custom SharePoint platform ensured participants had access to all event details, schedules, and registration options. Sessions on yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques offered participants practical tools to relax and recharge. As moderators, Holger Kossdorff and Elisa Alberto ensured the event flowed seamlessly, keeping it engaging and dynamic for everyone. Key moments included an inspiring keynote on „Mindfulness meets business“ by Elvira Häusler, as well as an adventurous GPS mountain rally, where Teams navigated challenging trails on foot or by bike, strengthening teamwork and perseverance while creating highly creative videos along the way. Aitor H., your clip was a highlight — brilliant work! In the evenings, participants joined hands-on cooking workshops, working with professional chefs at six cooking stations to prepare and enjoy healthy meals together. At the heart of it all was our Health Pass, where participants collected points for every healthy action they set. This personalized companion was packed with tools and reflections to carry the event’s lessons forward. Why is this important? In an era of constant change, resilience is the cornerstone of long-term performance and a healthy, thriving workforce. By prioritizing mental health and leadership resilience, companies empower their teams to face challenges and seize opportunities with confidence. 5 year anniversary: Navigate with confidence in complex environments. Five years of Global Connect for Brückner Group. This year, we brought together Leaders from Slovakia, India, China, Thailand, Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. The setting? A 1,550m alpine hut near Hochkönig and the Fraueninsel on Chiemsee – because the right environment sets the tone for growth. The goal? To give them the tools and mindset for the roles they’re in now – and the ones they’ll step into tomorrow. Agile methods, psychological safety, purpose and the strategy that drives Brückner Group were front and center. Between the modules, we kept the momentum going with buddy talks and coaching sessions – ensuring that leadership development doesn’t stop when the event ends. We’ve just completed the first international Brückner Group HR-Days at the Spitzingsee, where we brought together HR teams from across the globe — Colombia, India, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, China, Thailand, Slovakia, and the USA. Over three days, we focused on shaping the future of HR at Brückner Group. From strategic updates by CEO Dr. Axel von Wiedersperg and insights from Dr. Alexandra Größ on the Brückner HR Journey, to a keynote from SAP’s Stephan Koenen and a Culture Clash session from Michaela Bekaan, the event provided clear direction on where the Brückner Group is heading and the innovations driving us forward. We explored new HR technologies with Meta VR glasses, discussed key topics in a World Café session, and exchanged best practices. Each session focused on preparing the HR teams to navigate and lead effectively in an ever-changing landscape. A special thank you to Dr. Alexandra Größ, Christine Pemler, and Julia Chick.

Our journey with Olio D'oro is more than just producing olive oil – it’s about embracing the full experience from the harvest to the bottle. This year, we proudly gathered nearly a ton of olives from our hillside grove in Tuscany, working side by side with family and friends. The result? Exceptional olive oil, created with dedication and care. Every year, we collaborate with a new artist to design our label, continuing our tradition of blending art and craftsmanship. Wie wertvoll ist Olivenöl wirklich? Den wahren Wert von Olivenöl kann man erst bemessen, wenn man das Gesamterlebnis von der Ernte bis zum grün-goldenen Öl in der Flasche miterlebt – dann ist Olivenöl unbezahlbar. Zum dritten Mal haben wir in den letzten zwei Wochenenden unseren Olivenhain in der Toskana geerntet. Auf dem Hügel über Pietrasanta sind die Hänge steil, ähnlich wie die Weinhänge in der Wachau. Der Boden unter den Olivenbäumen wird mit zahlreichen großen Netzen ausgelegt, damit beim Rütteln, Kämen und Pflücken keine einzige Olive verloren geht. Gemeinsam mit Familie und Freunden sowie unseren italienischen Freunden Carlo und Alberto haben wir heuer fast eine Tonne Oliven geerntet – eine Ernte auf die wir sehr stolz sind. Dabei werden die Oliven von den Netzen in Boxen zusammengetragen, von Blättern und Ästen gereinigt und den steilen Weg nach oben getragen. Dort werden sie gesammelt und dann zeitnah zu einer SlowFood Mühle transportiert, wo unser Olio D’oro produziert wird. So werden aus 950 kg Oliven knappe 110 Liter feinstes Olivenöl. Die Sonne war an beiden Tagen unser Begleiter. Und die Natur hat uns heuer – was Menge und Qualität betrifft – einen besonders schönen Jahrgang geschenkt! Was dieses Projekt für uns so besonders macht? Jedes Jahr arbeiten wir mit einem neuen Künstler zusammen, der unser Etikett gestaltet. In den vergangenen Jahren haben uns die Werke von Otto Zitko und Stylianos Schicho begleitet. Für dieses Jahr sind wir bereits in spannenden Gesprächen mit mehreren Künstlern, um diese Tradition fortzusetzen. Aber was uns wirklich antreibt, ist das Erlebnis dahinter. Es geht nicht nur darum, Oliven zu ernten – es ist der Moment, wenn alles zusammenkommt: Natur, Teamarbeit und die Freude, etwas Einzigartiges zu schaffen. Genau dieses Gefühl wollen wir mit unserem Olio D’oro teilen.

Vor einigen Wochen durften wir zum vierten Mal die HABAU GROUP Unternehmenstagung organisieren. 350 Top-Manager widmeten sich den BIG 5 – den 5 großen Herausforderungen der Zukunft. Zwei Tage voller innovativer Ideen und spannendem Austausch. Die Voestalpine Stahlwelt in Linz bildete den passenden Rahmen. Neben Konzeption, Moderation, Veranstaltungsplanung und Design waren wir auch für diesen Eventfilm verantwortlich. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Kurt Matzler für seinen inspirierenden Vortrag „The High Performance Mindset“ und an Patricia Kaiser für die charmante Co-Moderation.
