Recently at Domino’s, we talked Courage, Confidence, and Personal Branding. WiSDOM, Domino’s business resource group dedicated to supporting women in the workplace, hosted a fireside chat for all team members to attend either at the World Resource Center or virtually from offices around the globe. The event featured four panelists: Kate Trumbull, Chief Marketing Officer, Christopher "CTM" Thomas-Moore, Chief Digital Officer, Stefania Gvillo, Chief Analytics & Insights Officer, and Victoria Petrella, VP, Environmental, Social, and Governance. Questions were submitted in advance by Domino’s team members, and Karl De Nazareth, VP of HR, moderated. These leaders demonstrated courage and confidence while showing vulnerability as they shared their personal experiences, and the lessons learned from them. They offered practical tips and exercises, and helpful advice to inspire team members to find courage, build confidence, and define their own personal brand. The key takeaways? At Domino’s, we strive to give back at both the local and national level. Through our national partnerships with organizations such as American Farmland Trust and UNCF, we are able to support people and programs across the U.S. At the same time, we recognize the importance of giving back at the local level to charities directly impacting the well-being of our neighbors in the communities in which we live, work and serve. Each year, Domino’s conducts an internal Giving Tuesday effort, where our corporate team members nominate and vote for local organizations to receive a donation from Domino’s. The top organizations receive donations based on the number of votes. This year, Domino’s donated $150,000 across 33 organizations! #GivingTuesday

Recently, Domino’s Business Resource Group, SOAR, teamed up with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC's Employee & Allies Resource Group, ALSAC Disabilities & Survivors; both groups are dedicated to supporting team members with disabilities. The two groups met over the course of National Disability Employment Awareness Month this October to network and share best practices when it comes to being a resource group dedicated to raising awareness and advocating for those with disabilities. Together, they threw a pizza party for patients and families at The Domino’s Village – a home away from home for the families of children receiving treatment at St. Jude. A huge thank you to the hard work from SOAR and ALSAC’s EARG, for all you do to raise disability awareness and for providing patients & families delicious pizza and treats delivered by Domino’s!
