UPDATE | FinCEN has posted updated BOI Report filing deadlines after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily stayed a Texas district court’s nationwide injunction blocking enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”).   Just yesterday, the Appeals Court allowed the CTA’s enforcement to proceed while the appeal is pending.
