Posted the full video on TikTok but this part 🤣 I saw a trend on Twitter where a certain #HR on LinkedIn who is an aclaimed seasoned professional is just into two months of her internship 🤣 I have also seen CVs that do not match the qualifications perceived from people’s LinkedIn I interviewed a candidate on behalf of Smartsafe Consulting and Technology last year for a lead sales role and he claimed to know everything about sales At first, the age and years of experience made me look unworthy of interviewing him (that part of me that respects experience got a better of me) Only for me to start asking my personal “on-the-spot” questions and bro couldn’t answer one! I wasn’t a success in sales, but believe me, I am way more successful than this dude 🤣 That day I learned people could make up stuffs in their experiments sections — I am not also there yet. But I try to learn as much as I can to be who I desire to be. That’s why I am sharing this video… In 2025, drop the “new me” act and face your truth. Iron the part of you that’s incompetent. It might not be skill wise, for someone like me, it’s definitely not skill wise for this year. I got some honest feedback from unhappy clients from last year and I got lovely feedback from the ones that were extremely satisfied too One even invited me for their annual company dinner coming up this Sunday. — So, I will build on the strength that helped me satisfy those ones While I work on the weaknesses that led me to have unsatisfactory success with the others — The big question this Friday is “what will you be working on?” Cheers to a happy and productive year ahead 🥂

Types of ROI you never knew existed. For over a week I have locked in 🔏 doing a personal MBA program 🤣. And I am currently on the “12 week MBA”. However I came across something that I really wanted to share last week but I wasn’t emotionally stable enough to write. ✍️ — ROI… The almighty “Return on investment”. This term is used by every single player in a business goal. Shockingly I read about other ROI that can substitute for monetary terms which everyone including my co Product Managers should know about. — As a #ProductManager, everything you do is centered around creating value for all stakeholders From the #business standpoint, value is consistent sales and great profit margins. For #investors and #shareholders, value is assurance of consistent dividend flow and assured future cash flow. For #customer, value is getting the answer to their problems in your product or service. For #employees, value is consistent timely payment of salaries and wages. For #suppliers, value is consistent payment of goods or service purchased. At the end all stakeholders must get value and managers and Product Managers are directly responsible for this — However, to successfully keep creating value, you must recognize that there are other ROIs. These ROIs are: 1. Return on Intelligence 2. Return on Imagination 3. Return on Initiative I personally added: 1. Return on Network 2 Return on Trust 3 Return on Leverage — Knowing how to achieve organizational goals through people is the core of management. But as a product manager, knowing how to create systemic value chains do all stakeholders via others is your strength to continuous growth I was speaking with Naomi Eselojor yesterday and that’s when I realized how powerful the Return on Network is. — Please don’t just sit on past knowledge as we go into 2025. Step up and change the way you operate so you can get better results By the way, is there any Product management issue or product issues you need help with? You can always send a DM. — Finally, Jesus saved, is saving, and will always save. We are in the month when Jesus came into this world Why don’t you gift baby Jesus your heart as a birthday gift 🎁 He will purify it and make your life beautiful. — Happy new month and have a productive week ahead Love you all — Cheers 🥂

AI Product Managers have a huge share too! Why are you all focusing on “AI-powered” rather than driving real values? Even if the founders and CEOs know nothing about value innovation with AI You as a product manager should fix it! — Are you the founder? No! Are you the one whose name will be on billboards? No! So, why should helping founders and CEOs drive value be your headache? Because that’s what you are meant to do!!! It’s your responsibility as a PM to see to that It’s your calling as a Product Manager to lead the product as the mini CEO. — So, just the same way we blame founders for slamming “AI-powered” to everything out there We should also hold their PMs accountable too. — What do you think 💭?

  • Robovan is here!!! Elon Musk surprised attendees at Tesla's "We, Robot" event by unveiling the Robovan, a futuristic vehicle designed for high-density transport. Musk stated, “The future should look like the future,” as he introduced the Robovan, which can carry up to 20 passengers and also transport goods, making it ideal for urban environments. The Robovan is envisioned as an electric, autonomous vehicle, roughly the size of a bus. Its design features sleek metallic sides, sliding doors, and an interior that accommodates both seating and standing space, all without a steering wheel due to its autonomous capabilities. Musk emphasized its potential to revolutionize transportation in crowded areas, stating it could significantly reduce costs to as low as $0.05 to $0.10 per mile. While Musk confirmed that Tesla plans to produce the Robovan, he did not provide details on pricing or a timeline for its release. The focus during the event was primarily on the newly announced Cybercab, which is expected to be available by 2027 and priced under $30,000. Musk's vision for the Robovan aligns with Tesla's broader goal of transforming urban transport and reducing congestion. “We want to change the look of the roads,” he reiterated, highlighting the importance of innovative designs in shaping the future of transportation. Elon Musk just unveiled Tesla's Optimus robots ❗ Elon Musk recently showcased Tesla's highly anticipated Optimus humanoid robots at the "We, Robot" event, emphasizing their potential to revolutionize daily tasks. Priced between *$20,000 and $30,000*, these robots are designed to perform a wide range of activities traditionally handled by humans, including watering plants, picking up groceries, and doing dishes[1][2]. During the demonstration, Musk highlighted the robots' capabilities, stating they could serve as companions, babysitters, and even assist in household chores. "The Optimus will walk amongst you," Musk declared, adding that he envisions these robots becoming commonplace in everyday life[2][4]. This marks the first public appearance of the Optimus robots, which have previously only been seen in video teasers. Musk believes that Optimus could become "the biggest product ever of any kind," predicting widespread ownership among the public[1][4]. He also hinted at a future where these robots will be integrated into various settings—homes, warehouses, and beyond—delivering significant value to consumers[1][2]. Despite the excitement surrounding Optimus, Musk cautioned that full-scale production might not be realized until *2026*, although initial deployments could occur sooner within Tesla's factories[2][4]. The event also featured Tesla's new robotaxi, the Cybercab, indicating a broader shift towards automation within the company's product lineup.
