Now more than ever, we need to pour into school leadership teams. They need to be empowered & invested in - they give so much! It's been a huge honor for DCC to serve Helen C. Peirce School of International Studies (for the 2nd time around) through our Beacons Leadership Development Community. For three months, we partnered with their school leadership team to implement our B.O.L.D. curriculum and leadership consultancies. Upon completing this program, each member of this beautiful team below earned an equity leadership credential. Bravery - Setting a BOLD goal and leveraging my multiple dimensions of power exercise more conscious leadership Openness - Leveraging my StrengthsFinder themes to lead from my natural talents Love - Transforming difficult conversations to learning moments across 1 on 1 and team settings Deliberate - Establishing Anchors for Holding Steady in 4 core areas Thank you to Principal Lori Zaimi for her continued commitment to building the equity teaching, leadership, and strategic capacity for their school community and local school council.
