The Office of Multifamily Housing Programs has published a revision to the Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS) Monthly Activity Transmission (MAT) Guide to the Multifamily Housing Policy Drafting Table. These documents provide an overview of changes made to the TRACS MAT Guide, including system fixes, enhancements, and new data collection requirements associated with The Housing Opportunity through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA) and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) programs.
