We're honored to partner with PWD Maharashtra for this prestigious project of the Savitribai Phule Girls Hostel, a thoughtfully designed sanctuary for students, nestled in the heart of Mumbai at Charni Road. Spanning over 2972.68 square meters and rising gracefully to 35.60 meters, this 9-floor marvel offers a harmonious blend of functionality, comfort, and sustainability. As we approach the grand entrance on the ground floor, the double-height lounge greets us with an inviting sense of openness, perfect for students and visitors alike. To the side, the warden and security offices are seamlessly integrated for safety, while two private warden quarters offer a homely touch. The outdoor spaces are lush with vibrant flower gardens, creating a serene environment, complemented by open recreational areas for activities like badminton. Ascending to the first floor, we step into the heart of community living—the spacious dining hall, where up to 180 students can enjoy meals together. Adjacent to it is the well-equipped kitchen, designed to cater to the students’ daily needs. This floor also hosts a modern audiovisual room, a hub of entertainment where 120 students can gather for screenings and events, adding a vibrant cultural layer to hostel life. On the upper floors, from the second to the ninth, lie the 196 meticulously designed triple-sharing rooms. Each room is a personal haven, equipped with study desks, wardrobes, and cozy beds, complete with attached washrooms and private drying spaces. The rooms are not just spaces to sleep, but areas where minds are nurtured, with small personal libraries included for every student. The hostel is equipped with an e-library for academic pursuits, a medical room for health and well-being, and a fitness center to support students’ physical vitality. Essential facilities like laundry rooms are thoughtfully included, ensuring daily comforts are met effortlessly.
