Reflecting on some of our favorite Random Acts of Kindness from 2024! We went all around Arizona spreading good vibes and positivity.

We recently gathered at our Papago office for one of CEO Jeff's favorite volunteer activities—packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child! It was a rewarding day as we worked together to fill boxes with gifts, hygiene items and school supplies, all bound for children in need. Thank you to everyone who helped make a difference!

We couldn’t be prouder of our team. Together, we collected 110 toys and $1,110 in gift cards for A New Leaf’s La Mesita Family Shelter and the West Valley Housing Assistance Center, spreading a bit of holiday cheer to families in need. Thank you for making this season brighter!

Homecoming Weekend at Arizona State University was filled with excitement and kindness! We focused on spreading positivity through Random Acts of Kindness by handing out Sun Devil® swag, paying for coffee and giving other unexpected gifts. Thank you to everyone who joined us in making the weekend great!

We’re incredibly proud to share that our team came together during our annual Sharing & Caring Giving Campaign to raise an impressive $562,167 for nine local Arizona nonprofit organizations! With Desert Financial's match, we will donate $676,924 in 2025! Employees pledged to support nonprofit organizations addressing critical needs in education, housing & human services, hunger & food insecurity and youth development for 2025. These contributions will make a lasting difference in our community, supporting Arizonans to reach for and achieve their financial hopes and dreams.
