From WPEC-TV CBS12 News 'We don't see it as surprising': Work stress can lead to nightmares, mental health issues A newly released study done by "Each Night," a sleep health organization, revealed most Americans have nightmares about their jobs, leading to a bigger mental health problem. 78% of Americans say they’re stressed about something at work right now, according to this sleep study. Now, have you ever had work-related nightmares because of that? If so, you aren't alone. 64% of Americans say they’ve had at least one nightmare about their job, according to the study.
