This 150-unit high-rise community for seniors and young disabled residents, originally built in 1971, is being transformed through the RAD (Rental Assistance Demonstration) program, converting units from HUD public housing to Section 8 housing choice vouchers. To facilitate a 15-month renovation, all households are receiving permanent displacement relocation assistance, with guaranteed first right to return once the redevelopment is complete. We’re closely tracking and supporting every resident throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition. The relocation project is in progress and set to wrap up by March 2025.
