Last week, we had the honor of celebrating Robert Bakalyar, our Mechanical Engineering Technologist, for an incredible 35 years with D3. Robert is the first employee in our history to reach this milestone—and what an amazing legacy he’s leaving as he prepares to retire later this month. We started the day with donuts and a plaque presentation with his base team, followed by a delicious lunch at The Henry in Coronado. It was the perfect way to celebrate Robert’s extraordinary career and contributions to D3. Thank you, Robert, for your decades of hard work, expertise, and unwavering commitment. You’ve truly made D3 a better place, and your impact will be felt for years to come. Congratulations on 35 remarkable years—and here’s to an exciting new chapter ahead! 🎊
