We are less than a week away! Top Golf is ready to host Cyversity South Florida Chapter and some of the brightest minds in tech. We will have our mentors and mentees ready to golf from 3 to 6 and quite a few of us will be staying around afterwards. This is a worthy cause so definitely ask your leadership or your professors if you can attend. We probably will not have another in person event for a while so let's make this one memorable. Happy Friday Everyone! I wanted to remind you of Cyversity's next event on April 18th in Pompano Beach, Florida at the newest Top Golf. Our special guests will be FIU's Risk labs students and their esteemed professors. I was able to meet with FIU Professors Akorede Kolapo Oluwo Enrique Villamor and Jorge Hernandez onsite at FIU South yesterday. They are the founders and run Risk Labs at FIU. Nearly all their students are minorities and people of color with a passion for CyberSecurity. We will be getting as many of them that can attend at the event. We go hard in the 305 and will be coming in force. I found out that these professors have been helping their students out of their own pockets. How can we change that? https://lnkd.in/e3jnkT6N.
