Meet Rich Bowen, our Tooling Program Manager, supporting the entire plastics division! Rich comes from a small town in Central Illinois. He got a job at an injection molding shop right out of high school. After 2 years as a machine cleaner, Rich was given an opportunity to join the tool design & engineering department, and the rest was history. The first 18 years of Rich's career were focused on injection mold tool design while the last 15 have been focused on injection mold tool management. With over 33 years of experience, Rich is AdvancTEK's one-stop-shop for all of our tooling needs. From quote & sales support to tooling & production support, Rich is always there for us!
