Cuyahoga DD believes people with developmental disabilities should be able to access and participate fully in a community where they are welcomed, included, supported, and celebrated. We are offering four grants to support access and inclusion for the following categories in Cuyahoga County in 2025. - Access and Physical Space - Arts and Culture - Library - Recreation Applications must be submitted from January 2 through January 31 at 5 PM. The Self Advocacy Resource and Technical Assistance Center (SARTAC) Fellowship 2025 application is open. This is a one-year advocacy project. The Community Development Team made its first deliveries of Advo-Kits this week! These kits lead people in advocacy-related activities. The team dropped off the first 100 kits to My Choice and Welcome House, Inc. We are excited to continue giving out Advo-Kits in the new year! By the end of 2025, the team will distribute 1,500 kits!
