After four amazing years of Call & Contact Center Expo, the team behind the scenes decided that it was time for a refresh and we have been working hard over the last couple of weeks to give it a fresh coat of paint for next year. While these events were massive successes in their own right over the years, we’ve been keeping our ear to the ground and there have been shifts that we can’t ignore – namely: 💻The centralization of customer experience 🎧The expansion of BPO 🤖The incorporation of AI tools And more! With all that in mind, from now on, the event will be known as Customer Connect Expo 🤝 For those who have attended in the past, don’t worry – the event will still have the same focus on contact center technologies and operations, but we’re simply broadening our scope to be more inclusive of all things customer experience!
