New data from Curbee shows that mobile services ... are bringing long-lost customers back to the fold ... In fact — 92% of those who hadn’t visited a dealership in over 18 months accepted a mobile service appointment when offered. There are several other notable reports that support Curbee’s findings. 👉 Service departments could lose an average of $853,000 – $1.17 million annually due to missed calls and unbooked appointments. 👉 A recent study by Morgan Stanley revealed that 77% of U.S. consumers surveyed cited convenience — in terms of comfort, speed, accessibility and availability — as a key factor when making purchasing decisions. 👉 👉 👉 Over 20% of #automotive recalls are software fixes. According to ASOTU | More Than Cars and Ars Technica, that number was 12% in 2014. As of 2023 that number has soared to 23% and will likely grow. (we’re essentially driving computers). Many of these can be handled using mobile service.
