20 years ago, I met Mesh Gelman as a social impact entrepreneur. A decade later, I recruited him to Starbucks to work with entrepreneurs to source innovative food products we could curate in our stores. In his time at Starbucks, Mesh became obsessed with reimagining the coffee experience and at home brewing methods.
