The CPS Restoration and Waterproofing Division, Buffalo office, performing a large scale restoration to the concrete columns, beams and soffit of the structural framing under an operational shopping mall. This project features external Carbon Fiber reinforcement and supplemental structural steel installation.

CPS Restoration and Waterproofing Division was called upon to remove and replace the failed concrete slabs of this multi-level, steel frame, conventionally reinforced parking structure. Our team replaced the deteriorated concrete slabs on all levels, and installed a protective traffic membrane coating system. This system will protect the owner's investment and add longevity to the parking structure.
