Cottonwood Residential would like to take a moment to recognize Hector Sanchez. Hector is a Service Manager at Camelot, our property in Yuma, AZ. Hector joined Cottonwood Residential nearly 17 ½ years ago. When the company began managing Camelot, Hector was already working at the property and is now leaving after 30 years! Throughout the years, Hector has offered us tremendous experience, knowledge, and property history. Hector, we extend to you our gratitude for the years you have given to Cottonwood along with the 30 years of showing up at the property - fully committed to the team and residents. Your hard work and loyalty are commendable, and we are thankful for your years of service with us. We wish you in your retirement continued health, moments with those that you love, and fun adventures along the way. Hector's last day with Cottonwood is August 9th.
