It will be interesting to see if any HUD Public Housing HOTMA delay early implementation features are applied to Multifamily HUD programs. So far HUD MFH is silent, and there is no sign of TRACS 203A, making a 1/1/2025 HOTMA compliance date requirement increasingly unlikely. https://lnkd.in/ge8KAtuD
