Psychodynamic psychotherapy has gotten short thrift as an evidenced based treatment (EBT), but there is a growing preponderance of evidence from empirical research that makes it clear that psychodynamic psychotherapy is as effective (if not more) than many of the other gold-standard EBTs. 🌊 MEET SETH! 🌊 Seth Dolinsky has worked in the behavioral health space for over a decade holding positions focused on operational leadership, program development and marketing & outreach. A person in long term recovery himself, Seth prides himself on bringing authenticity into every aspect of his work and is passionate about helping people access the best and most appropriate care available. In his role as Marketing & Outreach Director at Cornerstones, Seth will foster relationships with clinical providers, therapeutic programs, current families, and our alumni community. Additionally, he will oversee marketing and branding efforts for the organization and provide support throughout the admissions process. We are excited to have him join our Cornerstones community and look forward to the expertise and intentionality he will bring to our organization. A native of New England, Seth lives in Maine with his wife Katie and two young boys, Simon and Felix. They enjoy learning as a family and going to the beach as often as possible.
