#TBT to three weeks ago when we were able to unveil our mini-cereal boxes at our highly successful "No Tricks, Just Treats" trunk-or-treat event. Our mini-cereal boxes help us promote awareness about the Federal Communications Commissions' required broadband nutrition labels. These labels promote transparency in the broadband marketplace, making sure all internet consumers understand what they're purchasing when signing up for internet. The labels require broadband providers to provide information regarding introductory pricing, contracts, typical upload and download speeds and more about each Internet package they offer. We use our mini-cereal boxes as a way to provide labels for all three speed packages we offer. We stuffed many of the boxes with copies of each label along with a few small giveaway items. The boxes also attracted attendees to a table where a larger version of each broadband label could be viewed. Community members took more than half of the 104 boxes we made for this event alone! We look forward to using these boxes at future events and promoting more information that benefits our community.

We were thrilled to debut our latest efforts to educate our current and future consumers about broadband nutrition labels and our services. Creating a cereal box for each of our packages (and corresponding nutrition labels) took a great deal of coordination, thought and creativity. We thank the team at Pioneer Utility Resources for helping us bring this concept to life in a well-executed manner! The full-size boxes will remain on display in our lobby, and some will likely make appearances at local festivals and events to spark conversations about the nutrition labels. The smaller boxes will allow us to promote the labels as well as provide festival attendees with a little of our swag.
