Throughout the holiday season, Continental team members have been celebrating with a variety of fun and heartwarming events! Our You Belong Here Committee hosted the 4th annual Festive Fuzzy Sweater Competition, where team members showed off their most spirited holiday attire! Others joined in on the festivities with a fun-filled holiday cookie exchange! In the spirit of giving, many team members came together to make the holidays brighter for our local communities. Our Continental Cares committee proudly partnered with the Gingerbread House non-profit organization to support Milwaukee-area families, providing personalized gifts and essential items to those in need. Our apartment communities also joined the cause, participating in charitable events that uplifted their neighborhoods. Our communities have been filled with holiday cheer this month! ☃️ Springs at Daniels Parkway residents faced off in a friendly patio decorating contest, Springs at Lily Cache Creek enjoyed a Holiday Resident Social, Springs at Hammock Cove hosted furry residents for a "Santa Paws" event, and Springs at Weber Road received a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus! Other communities, including Springs at McKnight Lake, hosted a handy gift-wrapping station in the clubhouse for residents to come wrap presents! We are thrilled to see our communities gather and celebrate the holidays together. Continental Properties has announced the successful closing of its ninth private real estate fund, Continental Properties Real Estate Development Fund III, L.P. The fund raised approximately $210 million in total capital commitments, which will be used to develop 14-16 suburban rental communities across Continental’s established brands, with a projected aggregate stabilized value exceeding $1 billion.
