Make sure your goals are SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound). 2. Break it down - smaller, manageable steps over time will make it that much easier to achieve your main goals. 3. Don't be afraid to adjust your goals throughout the year. We grow as people, and your goals should reflect that. 4. Find a way to track progress - either with an app, a journal, progress photos, etc 5. Stay positive! It's important to focus on what you can influence and achieve. 6. Be patient. We know it's easier said than done, but changes don't always happen in a day.
