Building Strong Brains is now on LinkedIn! Head over to their page to follow them and stay up to date with all the latest news and updates.
Welcome to Building Strong Brains! Building Strong Brains is a collective effort in Elkhart County to create a place where every child is given opportunities even before they step into a classroom. Through empathy and unity, we bring to life our mission with the Building Strong Brains initiative. Our collaboration and dedicated efforts craft a strong foundation for our youngest citizens, ensuring they are prepared to flourish as they begin their educational journey. More than 50 percent of Elkhart County’s children arrive at kindergarten without the necessary tools for success. This initiative is focused on building a comprehensive, systems-based approach to helping children succeed. A growing coalition of early childhood partners is working collectively, and the Community Foundation provides backbone support for these efforts. Together, we’re cultivating an environment rich in health, education, and unwavering family support. This movement is growing quickly and we invite your participation. Engage with us, share your strengths, and join a cause that’s about more than just growth. This page will be a location for resources, updates, and information on how to get involved.
