These were some of the interesting shifts in trends - 📈 LLM accuracy (e.g., factual correctness) → AI Agent optimization (e.g., testing AI agents) 👷🏽 Digital sectors (e.g., chat support) → Traditional sectors (e.g., automating field ops, insurance) 🛠️ Better AI for Sales (e.g., vertical-focused LLMs) → Picks and shovels for AI use (e.g., compliance and human-in-the-loop solutions) These shifts make a lot of sense as I study the AI landscape—we started with proving that AI could indeed deliver massive efficiencies, and now that we're convinced it isn't a hoax, we're deploying it in more complex use cases and building the tools around it to make adoption seamless.
