A New Chapter for Affordable Housing in Northwest Indiana! On December 9, CoAction proudly celebrated the completion of Prominence Commons II, a 36-unit affordable housing development designed to bring stability, opportunity, and hope to families in our community. “These homes are more than just walls and roofs—they’re a foundation for brighter futures,” said Jen Trowbridge, CoAction’s President & CEO. This milestone event brought together community leaders, funders, and new residents for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house, showcasing the collaborative effort that made this vision a reality. Huge thanks to our partners and donors, including Centier Bank, IHCDA, and First Financial Bank, for their unwavering support.
