  • I helped Meta, Google, and Amazon employees reduce their 2024 W2 taxable income. Not only that but they will be achieving superior risk adjusted returns from the passive investment. How? They participated in an amazing oil and gas investment opportunity in December 2024. They invested in land in the Niobrara and Bakken formations where two private multi-billion dollar companies are drilling for oil and natural gas. They will be reducing their W2 taxable income by ~$80k per $100k. As investors, they are also projected to achieve a 2-3x return over the next 5 - 7 years. Disclaimer: I am not a CPA.   • 🚨 Buffett’s Latest Moves: Energy > Tech? Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway recently boosted its stake in Occidental Petroleum. On the other hand, since 2020, Berkshire has roughly sold $80 billion in Apple stock. Why is that? Most recently, Berkshire bought 7.3 million shares over multiple trading days between June 5 and June 17, 2024, at prices around $60 per share. This brought Berkshire’s ownership to nearly 29% of Occidental Petroleum, signaling Buffett's bullish outlook on oil and gas. Why is Buffet bullish? 📈 It is likely because he sees a strong tailwind for oil and gas demand as the global energy market evolves.     I am using Meta Stock to reduce the taxes I pay on my Meta W2 salary.   I received 10s of thousands of dollars in Meta stock on November 15th.   So how am I doing this?   I am going to invest into a private equity oil and gas opportunity that I have coming up.   This opportunity will be a 506C investment opportunity for accredited investors only.   Some of my fellow Metamates are going to be doing the same and investing alongside me.   Why?   Because for every $100k invested, my investors and I expect to reduce our taxable income by $70-80k for 2024.   For me and other high earners in NYC, that equates to a $20-40k savings on taxes.    That amounts to a 20-40% return on JUST tax savings in the first year alone!
