For over a century, Cleveland Christian Home has been a beacon of care and refuge for children in crisis, committed to evolving, innovating, and tackling the most pressing challenges facing child welfare today. We “Sleigh-ed it!” Thank you to everyone who came out to the Mobley Sleighs Holiday Shopping Event yesterday. We want to give a special shoutout to Fostering Hope & National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) for the incredible work they’re doing with foster families in Cleveland. It was great partnering with your organizations on this event. Big thank you to adidas and Target, as well, for all the holiday magic they helped us create! Happy holidays! Isaac Okoro surprised 100 kids and families from Project Act, organized by Cleveland Metropolitan School District, to a special screening of RED ONE, complete with movie meals, Cavs swag, and popcorn! As part of #CavsMillionMeals, Team Members from Rock Entertainment Group volunteered with Hunger Network staff to help pantry customers shop for food to take home before the holidays! In partnership with five local Cleveland organizations (Providence House, Mexican Comité, Bessie's Angels, Cuyahoga County Division of Children and Family Services, and Cleveland Christian Home), Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse team members had the opportunity to purchase holiday gifts for children in need by selecting a 'snowflake' with wish lists for individual kids. Volunteers then sorted and wrapped each gift, which were delivered to the organizations by our Social Impact & Equity Team. Season of Giving Championed by Cleveland-Cliffs | #LetEmKnow

In partnership with Veterans Assurance Network, the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Team Member Resource Group "SALUTE" volunteers visited hospitalized veterans at LOUIS STOKES CLEVELAND VA MEDICAL CENTER to hand-deliver festive packages that included handwritten cards, holiday cookies, and Cavs winter swag as part of Season of Giving Championed by Cleveland-Cliffs.
