Pasco’s skyline has a new feature: the 3.5-million-gallon Zone 3 Water Storage Reservoir! This is Pasco's first project to use the Progressive Design-Build approach, where construction begins even as the final design is still being completed. This method allowed the team to hit the ground running and finish faster than most traditional projects, turning what might have been a lengthy process into a streamlined success.

Pasco’s Housing Growth Thanks to recent changes in our residential zoning, Pasco is experiencing significant progress in housing diversity, availability, and affordability. These updates are streamlining the review and permitting process and opening doors for innovative housing solutions across the city. With 5,700 housing units either recently built, in development, or under construction, and townhome projects increasing from less than 100 to over 1,000 in just 6-8 months, we're addressing the region’s housing shortage head-on. Pasco is creating more housing opportunities, from multifamily complexes to accessory dwelling units, than ever. By reducing restrictions, we've empowered builders to work faster and more efficiently, helping to meet the demand for affordable and market-rate housing. This not only helps stabilize home prices but also fosters a healthier, more balanced market for current and future residents. Pasco remains committed to providing a business-friendly environment, ensuring developers and investors have a clear path forward—for new homes or major industrial projects like Amazon and Darigold. We’re also making key investments in infrastructure to support this growth, including traffic solutions like roundabouts and safety enhancements on major streets. This ensures that Pasco will continue to be a vibrant and connected community for years to come. We’re proud of the progress and excited for what’s next. Stay tuned—Pasco’s growth story is just getting started! #HousingSolutions https://lnkd.in/g-_JRHFW

We love to see a local business succeed! A baker who got her start at the Pasco Specialty Kitchen just a few years ago has now expanded to a lounge space, where you can find specialty banana bread, cozy soups, and uplifting poetry. "We've created a full experience here," says Aubrieann Johnson. "We will feed your mind, body, and soul here at Aub's Lounge."
