Exciting news! The City has been awarded a $100,000 Love Your Block grant from the Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at Johns Hopkins University. This funding will support resident-led neighborhood revitalization projects, helping to strengthen community connections and amplify local voices. As one of 16 newly selected U.S. cities, Evanston will join the largest cohort in the program's history. Evanston will also receive a dedicated AmeriCorps VISTA and technical assistance and training from civic engagement experts. Tasheik Kerr Learn more: https://lnkd.in/g7D2shU5
