The breast center at Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital is undergoing an estimated $2 million renovation. The project includes refreshing mammography rooms, creating patient changing and dressing areas and building a serene biopsy room. Other enhancements include reconfiguring the reception area and refurbishing family and patient waiting areas. The renovation is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2025.

Texas Trust Credit Union will move its headquarters to their location at 1531 North Cooper St. and has committed to creating 175 jobs by mid-2026. The project – totaling over $15 million – will include substantial building enhancements, including updates to HVAC and elevator systems, lobby renovations and exterior improvements.
