The Mentoring Program is designed to develop our next leaders by providing them with professional career support and advice. The program runs for nine months where employees are paired with 2 mentors during the program with five in-person meetings. Each in-person meeting allows participants to celebrate goals, share knowledge and learning experiences, and build better relationships.
