AI agents aren’t coming for your job—they’re coming for your busywork. We’re at a tipping point where agents are no longer just tools—they’re collaborators. These systems can ingest large datasets, learn from unique environments, and take on tasks that used to require significant human effort. They don’t replace us; they enhance how we work, helping teams move faster, make better decisions, and reduce risk. At the Chingona Ventures LP Meeting, I shared my thoughts on how AI agents are reshaping the workforce, particularly in areas like engineering, compliance, and security. The potential is enormous, but the execution needs to be thoughtful—these agents must integrate seamlessly into workflows, adapt to human input, and deliver measurable value. We’re building something in this space that I can’t wait to share soon. For now, I’ll leave you with this: the future of work isn’t about more tools.
