What exactly is YouScience? Our NaviGo College & Career Prep deployed this assessment to more than 28,000 local students in 2023 alone! Here's a snippet from a recent article shared by our friends and partners at Northern Kentucky Area Development District NKY Works: "Companies are discovering the power of using YouScience assessment results as a recruitment tool. Working with local high schools, they are targeting students with natural alignment to their jobs and inviting them to participate in a wide-range of work-based learning opportunities. The goal is to let the student “tryout” the career as early as possible while also giving the employer time with the candidate before offering full-time employment." Explore more at the article below and don't miss your next chance to dive into the tool with our NaviGo team at a free webinar on October 14: https://lnkd.in/eTRTdTTB #benky #workforcedevelopment #workforce

Sending our deepest thanks to Shannel and Katie #OneChase for taking the time to visit our Price Hill Early Learning Center. It was such a pleasure to show you the wonderful work our team is doing to support young children and their families! Your visit meant so much to us.
Today, I had the privilege of visiting Learning Grove with my #OneChase partner, Katie Cannon Sprague I am deeply grateful for the valuable insights shared on the care economy and the #childcare landscape. As a mother of a four-year-old, understanding the challenges around accessibility, affordability, and quality of childcare hit home in a profound way. Learning about your mission and the vision behind it was truly eye-opening, and it underscored the importance of the work you do. It is inspiring to witness the passion and dedication that fuels your efforts to improve lives for so many families. I look forward to continued learning and collaboration. Thank you for the incredible work you’re doing to make a lasting impact! Keep up the great work. Julie Witten Lloyd DeAnna Lane

“Operating a high quality child care and early learning environment goes far above and beyond ‘daycare.' Learning Grove is here for the long run, and weaving in these credentials that reflect our commitment to quality is a no-brainer for us.” Our RiverCenter Early Learning Center is located at the Covington Central Riverfront development site, and serves nearly 100 children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 5 years old, more than half of whom live in low-income households, and has been operating in Covington since 1995. ---- Shannon Starkey-Taylor Patti Gleason Patti Craig Roseann Hayes Mike Hammons Julie Witten Lloyd

We’re honored to share that our NaviGo College & Career Prep program has been selected as a grantee of United Way of Greater Cincinnati's Future of Manufacturing Fund, supported by the GE Aerospace Foundation. This grant will enable us to further NaviGo's work in equipping businesses, parents, and schools to prepare students for post-secondary success and workforce readiness. We also look forward to collaborating with other organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area, like Advanced Manufacturing Industry Partnership, as we share and replicate successful practices to increase program enrollment, completion, and job obtainment in the manufacturing industry. The #manufacturing sector presents numerous pathways for creating a worthwhile career, and we look forward to helping individuals as they embark on new journeys or look to advance their current roles.
