Real Estate Investment Fund Manager | Empowering Investors to Build Passive Income through Real Estate Investments
You know what I miss the most about being a Financial Advisor? It was meeting with clients on a daily basis and talking to them about their retirement plans and financial goals. There are so many folks that just go to work and put money away into their 401k's but really didn't know what they were investing in and this is where I loved sharing with them knowledge and putting a plan in place for them. But you know what I enjoy now, as a fund manager? It is not only talking to individual investors about how real estate is a way to diversify their portfolio's, but also talking with other business owners and how through collaboration we can share ideas to grow together. Yesterday, I had a call with multiple other fund managers in different sectors from Private Equity with a focus on digital currencies, another fund manager with a focus on oil and gas development, and another fund manager in the commercial real estate space. With the amount of assets that are being raised in the private equity space, it's no wonder why Alternative Investments has grown by 20% since 2018, according to McKinsey. I am very optimistic about the amount of growth the we are about to see and it shows. Today, I had three investor calls and we built a relationship that will see more deal flow going their direction.
