What are the main takeaways for me? Identify inefficiencies, fail points, and redundancies in our processes so that, in the end, we can perform with EXCELLENCE and create RAVING FANS of our team members and clients! Over the next two days, all the Team Members (I thank you for your time) involved in the sales process devoted time to mapping the sales process from the start (we sold the product/service) to finish (we delivered the product/service). All of this was done with the facilitation of Bruce Ennis. There were many aha's! The photo is of the "Swim Lane" for our sales process. Now, the challenge is prioritizing the changes to make and implementing the changes!
