The Central Ohio Diversity Consortium is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2006 to expand opportunities to leverage the power of diversity and inclusion. Comprised of diversity professional, practitioners, allies and champions from corporations and organizations throughout Central Ohio, the intent of the Consortium is to heighten diversity and inclusion awareness, focus resolve on addressing issues, and provide opportunities to share and learn. Diversity and inclusion are at the core of the health and growth of every corporation, organization, and community. Today, involvement with the Central Ohio Diversity Consortium offers exclusive access to forums, trends, best practices, and a broad array of resources pertaining to diversity, equity and inclusion programs and a focus on creating a culture of belonging. The Consortium provides a proven network of experienced and practicing diversity, equity and inclusion professionals from leading employers across Central Ohio.
