CenterPoint’s East Region Development Team has put the finishing touches on an impressive expansion project at one of our longtime holdings near the Port of Charleston, SC. “We’ve significantly enhanced this facility’s functionality by adding dock doors and new dock packages, additional car parking, and expanded trailer parking.” - Ronel Borner, CenterPoint’s SVP of Development The project increased the size of the facility by 40%, which now totals 587,310 SF.
