Great 3 days as students ended the semester presenting on their "Defense of Learning"

Students will present compelling evidence from their classes throughout the semester, showcasing their major learning moments. They will confidently discuss their highlights, challenges, and the effective strategies they employed to enhance their learning. This is an opportunity for them to demonstrate how their projects and tasks reflect their learning outcomes while aligning with our school-wide objectives: communication, collaboration, agency, knowledge, and critical thinking. We are incredibly proud to witness the outstanding work our students are accomplishing both in class and within the community!

Fantastic working with teachers in Alice Springs and South Australia the last two days! We led discussions on strategies for engaging learners at different proficiency levels, the importance of intentional strategies, and the concept of "teaching for transfer." We also covered the implementation of project-based learning approaches in different school contexts, the process of giving and receiving feedback, and future plans for the team!
