“We are seeing re-allocations of capital from offices into logistics and core investors are coming back,” said Head of our EMEA Logistics Operator Division, Laurie Lagarde, speaking about the #French market at Real Asset Media’s ‘Outlook 2025’ event. The fundamentals of the French #logistics market are good as demand from the e-commerce sector continues to outstrip supply. Nearshoring is also a driving factor for logistics. Laurie explained: “The nearshoring and reshoring trends are being amplified…International investors are diluting risk by spreading out geographically and Europe can offer this. We can see a lot of activity in the UK right now as the market stabilises, but France is also one of the preferred strategies, amongst others.” For more insights into the French real estate market, visit: https://cbreim.co/3ZW4Ovu
