This is more than the story of one rural Next Generation Parish and their transformation as a community. This is also story of a priest who gained confidence in his ministry and further engagement with his people, the story of a young teenage finding a home in the midst of grief, and the story of hearts restored by grace and encouraged in hope. #nextgenerationparish

At Catholic Leadership Institute, we’re on a mission to embolden clergy through transformative accompaniment. One powerful way we do this is through Leadership Coaching — a service designed to help priests cultivate their natural gifts, deepen self-awareness, and develop the skills they need to become healthy and holy leaders. Priests enrolled in Leadership Coaching are sharing their stories of transformation as they discover new freedom and confidence to live out their priesthood with renewed purpose and strength. These are their stories.

This week, over 70 vibrant young Catholics in the @Archdiocese of Miami came together for an incredible discussion on faith, community, and the future of the Church as part of our Next Generation Conversations initiative. This diverse group of young people shared their heartfelt experiences with parish life and some of the ways that the Church can better meet their spiritual needs.🙏✨ Key themes of conversation included: 🌱 The need for more spiritual direction to offer spiritual guidance. 🕊️ Expanded confession opportunities — traditional schedules make it impossible for many young Catholics to attend. This event was a wonderful representation of the rich diversity and passion that makes up the U.S. Church today. Miami young Catholics, you are leading the way!
