The Edison: the building is modeled to perform at 27% better than ASHRAE 2010 baselines, and with the PV array the performance cost savings are 37%. In other words and as a reasonable projection, the building should have about 1/3 reduction in energy compared to a typical building of its type/size. Energy and Atmosphere 21 LEED points. We are grateful for the likeminded people on this team which enabled the project to flourish, with everyone working towards the goal of responsible design for The Edison.
