Aphorio Carter, a Carter Funds company, has just acquired the Trumbull Data Center -- a 227,552 square-foot colocation facility on 8.26 acres in Trumbull, CT. The data center features 15 MW of utility power, 2N UPS redundancy, access to four diverse fiber networks and hosts multiple high-quality tenants, including major credit-rated organizations. This acquisition marks our seventh technology infrastructure real estate investment in the last two years, expanding the Aphorio Carter portfolio to over $200 million.
