2024 was the 10th anniversary of Carrum Health and as the year comes to a close, I reflect with gratitude on the progress we’ve made thanks to the hard work and dedication of a growing team of Carrumites. This year: - We dramatically expanded our network to offer top tier quality to more members across the country, in particular for cancer care where we have over 400 locations contracted for value-based treatment through Carrum. - We developed a first-of-its-kind value-based model for substance use treatment in response to market demand for an innovative solution. - We partnered with several like-minded health benefits solutions to deepen integrations for simpler and more streamlined member experiences. Now entering our second decade at Carrum, I’m excited to make the next big leap in transforming the way our country pays for and delivers healthcare. Happy holidays and cheers to 2025!

It’s the time of year when we look back and reflect on how things went. And I, for one, am so proud of the incredible work our team has done to expand our network of providers, so we now have many, many more dots on the map and can serve millions of additional lives no matter where they live in the U.S. Across surgery, cancer care and substance use, we combed the length and breadth of the country to find the top quality providers, conducted rigorous evaluations and brought them on to our exclusive network, which employers and members have trusted Carrum for over 10 years. Carrum’s network of provider partners are the best at what they do and crucial to our mission of reforming how we pay for and deliver healthcare. It's always a good time to #giveback, but this time of year it feels more meaningful, as the holiday season can be a tough time for many—especially those who are in recovery or currently struggling with substance use. Last week, San Francisco Carrumites attended the annual Ugly Holiday Sweater Party at one of the Meadows Behavioral Healthcare outpatient centers, where they helped put together care packages for patients. The Meadows team is doing incredible work, providing high-quality substance use care, and we were thrilled to spend time with them this holiday. A special shout-out to Rachele Rogers for providing some helpful tips for how family and friends can best support their loved ones in recovery in this video.
