The Club Management Association of America (CMAA) is the professional association for managers of membership clubs. With close to 7,000 members across all classifications, CMAA's manager members run more than 3,000 country, golf, city, athletic, faculty, yacht, town, and military clubs. The Carolinas Chapter is comprised of over 400 members representing over 160 Clubs within North and South Carolina. We are a very active Chapter and proud of our educational and social programs and, most of all, our members.

Since the program’s launch in 1965, it has opened countless doors of opportunity for managers as it communicates their knowledge and ability to serve as a key player in a club’s success and is truly the industry benchmark. Members who have earned the designation have completed a program enriched with educational experience, applicable knowledge, and business tools that deliver a positive impact. This designation requires the investment of countless hours, numerous BMIs, conferences, and Chapter Education programs, hundreds of credits and passing a grueling exam.
